I’m happy to relate that Playing With Keys has almost reached the finishing line. Tom Thompson who wrote a blurb for The Midnight Pianist has said ‘Naturally I want to read the sequel’ so I will post his a copy of the MS in the next few days.
It’s so hard to stop fiddling: is that the perfect word in that sentence? Do those 2 paragraphs work or should they be reversed? Have I written enough about this that or the other? Eventually I must say That’s it, and send it to the publisher.
I guess, when I think about it, I’m pretty happy with the result. Readers tell me they loved how I wrote The Midnight Pianist, and that’s a source of great contentment to me.
So, it won’t be long . . . there’s more than one key on a piano . . .
